Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.
Attach the Label
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original shipment or downloaded from the portal to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your parcel at the nearest authorized drop-off point; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
